Our shower wasn't very good, we let them know at reception and it was fixed with a new shower head tht same day. Staff were extremely helpful.

Perfect for family of 3 to 4. It was clean and all needed equipment including kitchen items and cleaning and towels and most importantly laundry were provided. We stayed for 4 days and it was the best. Only 15-20 drive from banff downtown. Many other restaurants and convenience stores are located near this property.
