We were excited for this stay and we everything turned out exactly as we hoped; great room with good bed and amenities, and an amazing view. It takes some time driving around the lake to get there but it’s totally worth it. You stay in the middle of the vineyards and the staff is very friendly. Great sunsets too!

You will need to drive 20 minutes if you want to eat out (great recommendations from host) - but it was so gorgeous we went to the supermarket and bought salads to eat on the veranda watching the sun go down! Situated on the Fraser River with views of Mount Robson, this seasonal Valemont lodge offers log sided cabins with en suite bathrooms. Mount Robson Provincial Park is 5 km away. Great location surrounded by mountains, with a quality BBQ and spectacular river view jut a short walk away. The one bed room we had was basic but clean and full of character. Staff were friendly and helpful.
