Plenty of space, perfectly cleaned. Everything perfectly equipped (maybe even more). The jacuzzi came in handy after a day of hiking. Location in a quiet place, but close to the cable car, bar and more. If I ever returned to this place, this accommodation would be the clear choice.

The 3-bedroom chalet has 2 living rooms with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and 3 bathrooms. Towels and bed linen are offered in the chalet. The accommodation offers a fireplace. Beautiful home and property that was perfect for our group’s stay. There are 2 kitchens which came in very handy and all of the activities in the outdoor shelter were an exciting addition. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The accommodation features a hot tub and a spa bath. Lovely location and exceptional facilities for a small family. We didnt see Boo the bear but felt at peace with nature. Very close to Emerald lake and Wapta falls. The sky bridge was closed due to the wildfires but there is plenty to keep you busy

No staff present but self-service breakfast "buffet" was available all day and had a great choice of food. Living room area was comfy and homely. Nice sauna. Restaurant underneath the Lodge (separate business?) was excellent with very friendly staff and good food.

Geared towards relaxation, there is no television in the bedrooms but a TV, some card/board games and mini library and fireplace is available in the communal area.

Kindly note that the main lodge is not pet-friendly due to the built. Only the chalet that is located just across the main lodge is pet friendly. It’s quiet, great location with chances of a deer sighting. Operator was very accommodating with check-in and other inquiries and requests.
