Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Amazing view, confortable and cosy. Everything is new, good quality furnishing. The kitchen is equipped with everything, it even had some cooking oil and salt/pepper, which is nice, when you cannot carry any kitchen stuff with you. The environment is quiet and relaxing.

Our top choice in the Interlaken region! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us from the very beginning. I had initially booked the wrong dates, but they kindly changed the reservation at no extra cost. On top of that, the lovely lady who welcomed us even upgraded us to a room with the most breathtaking views of the Alps. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great as well. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!
