The whole service has been truly impressive from start to finish — from the first phone call, to the stay and even shipping me an item I left there.

This is a really nice location with a beautiful view on Mount Rigi and over the lake. We booked rooms in the old Swiss style chalet, which is nicely restored and beautiful in itself. Breakfast was great and staff was really nice and helpful to figure out which mountains would be good to go and which ones not (due to low clouds). It is really good value for your money.
