Situated 10 km from Punta de Lobos, the property offers a terrace and free private parking. Location, exactly what we were looking for. Secluded, quiet, on the beach, away from crowds. The beach area is just amazing. The view from your unit is unobstructed, you just can't get a better view, right from bed! Different seating areas on the property. Kitchen. Comfortable bed. Self-catering. Hot tub and pool. Breakfast came in a basket for you to enjoy in your unit. Just an absolutely beautiful place. If you are looking for noise and entertainment this is not for you. There is a bar and seating area, we did not use (if you require this make sure they will be open for you). I see some rated the wifi low but we had excellent fast wifi.

We were able to use uber to get to all the vineyards we desired while still being able to feel secluded. The view from the hot tub was amazing and the team working there got the perfect balance between making us feel welcome and supported and also giving us space to rest and relax. Love this place definitely the place to stay in Santa Cruz!

Maria was very kind and helpful with advices and the area is full of superb vinerys and quality restaurants, that are easy to reach by car or taxi.

The place is calm and quiet, great place to rest and enjoy. All items needed were available and hosts are lovely and ready to help if something is needed. It was a great experience!

Set in Santa Cruz, Cabañas Refugio Nativo offers a balcony with pool and garden views, as well as a seasonal outdoor pool, public bath and open-air bath. Guests can benefit from a patio and a picnic area. The chalet also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We had a private Cabaña among others with shaded trees, plants, and flowers around. The pool was fresh and enjoyable in the center of the cabañas. The family who ran the place were helpful and friendly. Before we left we were able to do our laundry (very cool) and we did not expect room service each day, but it was great to have everything in order when we returned from our day’s adventures. Every unit has a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Bed linen is featured. We had a wonderful stay and spontaneously extended it by another night because we liked it so much. Our cabaña was very lovingly and cosily furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of plants, a very large raspberry field, access to the river and a view of the mountains. The many animals were a welcome surprise and the absolute highlight, especially for our three-year-old daughter. Paula and her family are extremely open, friendly, helpful and child-friendly. Our daughter was allowed to help feed the animals and harvest tomatoes. A little paradise not only for children, but also for adults!

The stylish and cosy rooms feature a seating area, private bathroom, satellite TV and a minibar. A daily breakfast buffet is included. We stayed in 7 different accommodations during our trip to Chile and this ranks one of the highest, the breakfast definitely the most original and best. Breakfast was either delivered to your room or enjoyed in the restaurant but it was very traditional with juice, huevos,,local breads, meats and cheese. It was a lot of food to be honest but you didn't need any lunch! Every other hotel did a rather bland array of breads, cheeses, yoghurts and coffee, this was a level above all of those. Each room seemed to have its own very private patio and nature could be enjoyed. The restaurant also did great food and the sunset views made it worthwhile in itself. The facilities were great and the WhatsApp for communication worked perfectly, even down to the video shared before arrival of how to navigate the turn into the lodge. Well done Cuarzo Lodge!
