Set on a mountainside, the accommodations offer views of the mountains, the river and the forest. There is a seating area and a private bathroom with a hot tub. Since you get there you receive only the best of everything! Location, the suites, the restaurant, the rainforest, the food, drinks and service. We were celebrating my significant other’s birthday and they helped me prepare a special surprise with a delicious dessert, and a celebration with violin happy birthday singing.

The chalet has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with mountain views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Fabulous house with spectacular view. Wish we could have stayed longer!! Lovely deck overlooking trees full of toucans and other birds. Jacuzzi on deck. Very big garden with lake. Very private. Spacious house with big kitchen/living room and huge first floor bedroom with full length windows to highlight views. Great communication from host who was very helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Featuring a garden, a terrace, and a restaurant, Pozas y Cascadas La Presa Habitación 2 provides accommodation in Ángeles with free WiFi and mountain views. This lodge features free private parking and room service. This cabin is simply beautiful. I rate it very high because it is exactly what we were looking for. It is situated in a private wooded setting with the next cabin some distance away. It has a full kitchen with gas hob, fridge, sink and sufficient equipment to be independent. The upstairs bed is very comfortable and there are two outside seating areas, one at the front and another with table and chairs upstairs at the rear. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served, which was good and evening meals are available which were also good. Note it closes early. Now, to be sure you will agree with us, note that the approach road is long and very rough, just ok with a regular car. Access to the cabin is over a suspension bridge and a steep narrow spiral staircase. Difficult with bags. Be sure you are happy with this if you are going to enjoy your stay.

What a lovely place to be able to get away from town! The lovely streams, sleeping to the rain, and waking to the birds was awesome. If you have the time, get to know the owners, they are a well of knowledge and very friendly if you take the time. Before you head out, take a walk around the grounds. And if you’re needing some things to do in the area, ask the owners. The breakfast was my absolute favorite - definitely prepared with care.
