Very accomodating owners who welcomed us warmly with homemade cookies and lemonade, willing to assist (even carried my bags) and share the history of the village. A peaceful place to relax by the pool and connect to nature. A modern facility, a big enough room to accommodate couples with small kids, a kitchen equipped with all needed (cooker, coffee machine, small fridge, kettle, etc), comfy bed, shower with toiletries and freshly smelled towels and complimentary wine! Everything spotless. Darts and ping pong were on site for some fun! Our room (on the upper floor) gave us a spectacular sunset view! Located in the traditional village of Kakopetria, Maritsa Lodge features a garden and offers traditionally decorated accommodation with beamed ceilings and a fireplace. everything good! maria is great. spacious is great, we had the studio with a very nice patio area, very private, we bought some food and wine and there outside we had dinner, we the company of the house cats. i wish i had booked 2 nights, the village is very traditional. I already miss it a lot!
