I have stayed for 2 nights in the starlight hostel and I absolutely enjoyed it! The hostel is located in the beautiful village of the Quilotoa Loop. The view from the hostel is just stunning, the food delicious, the blankets are warm, the owners and workers such nice people. I absolutely recommend you to stay there to see how the sunset lights the mountains and clouds come to the valley. Gracias por el lugar tan hermoso!

Very friendly stuff, great Location to go to Cotopaxi (and they help you organise everything - I was twice horseriding & once hiking - I can recommend both a lot!), really good food, nice ambiente! All in all perfect! I would defenitely go again!

Real fire in room was a treat! Good quality, homemade food. Loads of animals including friendly dogs. Reception/dining area reminded me of a cosy English country pub. The hosts organised a guide at short notice to take us to Cotopaxi.

Located on the foothill of Chimborazo Volcano, Chimborazo Lodge offers rooms with heating in Chimborazo Natural reserve. There is a restaurant, and free parking is provided. Riobamba is 36 km away. What an amazing experience! We loved every minute of our stay at Chimborazo. The lodge is unbelievable - it’s been build with so much thought and care. You could lose yourself in the amazing climbing memorabilia for weeks. It’s just stunning. And we loved sitting by the fire just relaxing and meeting other guests. And our room with the view of the mountain was sensational. The food was great - and we enjoyed the whole dining experience. The location was breathtaking. To be in such a remote location and to have access to Chimborazo was a wonderful experience and one we really appreciated. And to be so close to alpacas as was also a treat. So it was an incredible experience all round - made even better by the wonderful team of people working there. They were all sensational.

Set in Cotopaxi National Park, 6 km from the entrance, Chilcabamba Lodge has comfortable rooms charming with rustic-style décor. Absolutely stunning! Everything was amazing - room was amazing, view on Cotopaxi amazing, food is sooo delicious, staff was so friendly. We did also horse tour around the property and it was amazing. One of the best places ever. Thank you!

It is a perfect getaway in Andes, very authentic place surrounded by endless mountains. Restaurant serves delicious Andean food, staff members are very friendly and helpful! It is a perfect stay for hikers and climbers who are willing to spend several days in Cotopaxi valley. The sky at night…. Unbelievable! They have a very good wifi, rooms are big and clean, hot water. Stove works perfectly well - I left it on for a couple of hours, and warmed my room for the whole night. Several blankets. All cabins have a wonderful view of the mountains. I highly recommend!!

Runa Wasi Quilotoa offers accommodation in Quilotoa. Latacunga is 72 km away. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. The property is very clean and 10 minutes walk to the view point of the crater lagoon. The staff are amazing and the food is delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend staying here.
