Unfortunately, we only stayed one night but Cuenca is definitely worth visiting! If we come back to Cuenca (which is likely...) it would be our first choice to stay. If you go by car, approach the free parking area behind Arco de Bezudo from the free parking side which is a little detour. The apartment is then right on the other side of the arch with exclusive resident parking. If you come via N400 some navigation systems try to guide you the shortest way through Cuenca downtown with its ZBE limitations...

We were welcomed with open arms. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, and we had our own private bathroom. We were served breakfast in the main dining room, which was delicious and plentiful. The hosts are lovely people, and we felt very comfortable staying with them. We were advised before arrival about the local amenities, which was very useful. We will be returning for another stay next year. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Pedro the owner is very helpful and informed us with all necessary details to access the property and info about the area. Very clean, comfortable bed, air conditioned and well ventilated, warm and pleasant. Kitchen well equipped but be aware no market or any other food store is available in this village. A car is mandatory for any trip ( go for most hiking trails, shopping and visit Cuenca, etc). Parking available in the property garage. If you like to be closer to nature and to hiking area this house is one of the best options.
