We stayed at Fiji Lodge Vosa Ni Ua for one week with our family. It was the very best experience during our three-week Fiji holiday. The lodge we stayed in (a house with three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a very big dining room, and a large veranda) has a stunning view, is well equipped, and has a nice garden where we could sunbathe. Clark, the owner, welcomed us like his own family. He showed us the best places to snorkel. There are great corals right at the beach next to the house. Also, he went out of his way, offering us several additional activities like stand-up paddleboarding, SUP kiteboarding, and ukulele lessons. The caretaker, a very friendly Fijian lady, cleaned the house regularly, made breakfast for a small additional fee, and took care of our laundry. One evening her family even prepared a traditional "Lovo" meal for us. It was absolutely delicious! There are many things to do in the area. One day we went canoeing in a saltwater river and lake. Restaurants are found in Savusavu. There you can also get all the supplies needed to cook for yourself. There is a public bus stop right next to the house, and you can use taxis. We preferred to have a rental car during our time in Fiji. I highly recommend Vosa Ni Ua!

Ideally located for diving, Barefoot Kuata Island Resort Island offers a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and games room. The design of our bathroom is so crazy! Love it! The bathroom is outside with a rooftop, and the bath 🛁 was hanging on the rock. It was one of my best moments to see stars while taking bath in the hot water. The shark dive/snorkeling are very expensive, but it is truly a good, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

This was a perfect place to stay for me and my partner, just minutes out of the town means that it is both convenient and quiet. The staff were super helpful and happy to check us in late after we arrived from the ferry. All in all a lovely experience.
