The member of staff who booked us in was fantastic. He couldn't have been any more helpful. He had arranged sweets for the kids beds and colouring pencils and book. The room itself was very clean and bright, plenty room for us as a family and had all we needed. We ordered some paninis which were kindly brought to our room. Free WiFi, tv in the room that you can cast to. Room had A/C, window roller shutter. We all slept really well. Would highly recommend this hotel, great service and we were made to feel very welcome. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, the window had proper shutters to allow full black out, the climate control was good and the shower was decent. The breakfast was REALLY good for a hotel at this price point

Lovely breakfast, organised very well and served on the small deck outside the cabin.

Lovey big room with a large comfy bed, great shower, kettle, microwave and fridge, and shutters on all the windows. The hotel did a lovely breakfast with pastries, bacon and eggs and fruit etc. Friendly helpful staff. It was approx 10-15min walk into Reims centre and the restaurants so a good location. Good secure parking on-site. Heated pool is available to use, and although small is a nice extra.

Lovely building, nicely maintained/renovated and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable (we had a deluxe on the 1st floor front. Power shutters kept out any light and sound (If there was any 🤷‍♂️). Yes, there is parking and yes there is a good breakfast - both of which you need to arrange/book on arrival/check-in. Nicest place we've found in Reims so far - maybe 5 or 6 visits to date. We'll stay here again for sure.

Wellcoming, helpful and very polite staff, comfortable bed, clean and quite., blackout shutters, shower was hot and powerful.

all was really very good, good equipment, everything very clean. feeling of being at home in a friendly place. apart from problems on arrival to get in the place and no day light in the room as i could not open window shutters. a small leaflet with technical details (heater, shutters, tv...) would help.

After a long 16 hour drive. I was treated by really friendly staff. I got to the hotel as they was shutting the kitchen which they kindly kept open whilst I checked in and went to put my bits in the room. Food was excellent and staff helpful. The room was clean modern and comfortable Could not fault one thing about my night there

Spacious, stylish and comfortable - would be suitable for longer stays too, utility room with washing machine etc, plenty of storage. 5th floor with lift. Great views across the park, nice balcony area. Lots of natural light and good external shutters. Convenient private parking.
