From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the owner of Aurora Retreats was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From providing detailed directions to the property to offering helpful suggestions on local restaurants, their warm and welcoming nature made me feel right at home. Speaking of the property itself, it was nothing short of stunning. Nestled in the midst of nature, the retreat offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The serene atmosphere and tranquil surroundings made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It truly felt like a hidden gem. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness and tidiness of the place. The attention to detail was evident in every nook and cranny. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was one of relaxation and serenity. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining their property to the highest standards. During my stay, I had the opportunity to explore the surrounding area, and I was not disappointed. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, from hiking trails to nearby attractions. The owner's recommendations proved to be invaluable, as I was able to make the most of my time in the area and discover hidden gems I would have otherwise missed. Overall, my experience at Aurora Retreats was exceptional, and I can confidently say that I will be coming back in the future. The combination of a friendly and helpful owner, a beautiful and well-maintained property, and the surrounding natural beauty created a memorable and rejuvenating experience.

All the extra amenities were so thoughtful and useful during our stay. The host was extremely helpful and provided so much information about the area.

Hosts were both very helpful and friendly. Really nice to be a little way out of Portree. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The host was incredibly nice and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Skye, offering such an authentic experience. You can even set your own fire and make marshmallows, adding a delightful touch to the stay. The hosts thought about all the possible details, making it an unforgettable visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and unique experience!

Set in Skeabost in the Isle of Skye region, 40 Bernisdale - The Sabhal offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The rom was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, comfy beds, a modern kitchenette, and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was ideal, just a 10-minute drive from Portree. Rachael was incredibly welcoming, leaving us eggs, bread, milk, tea, coffee, and butter. Her restaurant recommendation was spot-on. Thank you, Rachael, for an unforgettable stay.
