The lodge is beautifully decorated and is such a warm and inviting space to stay for a weekend. The host has so many finishing touches which makes the stay even more special.

Myself and my boyfriend came to the Pentland Shepherd Huts to celebrate our anniversary and we had the best time! The hut was extremely clean and comfortable, absolutely perfect for a romantic weekend. It is an amazing location as it didn't take us too long to get into Edinburgh but we also weren't too far from lovely little towns such as Peebles. Lyn was great with communicating and we even got to meet their pygmy goats and shetland ponies, definitely a highlight of the trip! The hot tub was also heated for our arrival which was a great way to settle into our weekend. Would definitely recommend to other couples or friends who want a cosy weekend away!

You are straight into beautiful hills out the back door but also convient for getting to the city (where I was working). Clean, very comfortable. Grant was quick to respond to questions. Lodge was beautifully set up with fantastic views and had a great wee woodland walk. Not far from A1 or Dunbar. Upon arrival, there was a lovely hamper of snacks,coffees and teas. Linens and towels were provided, very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was large and clean- one of the cleanest we have ever visited. Property has a wrap around decking- very clean,level and easy to navigate using mobility aids.

The grocery stores and a very large mall are very close by. The home was super clean! The back enclosed patio was amazing to relax in. The home is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood… we felt so safe and comfortable
