Prime location between Gergeti Church & Kazbegi village. Very peaceful atmosphere overlooking the Caucasus which embracing around u. Just like in heaven. Simply pray for the clear sky. We stayed for 4 adults, might be packed but manageable. Hot water was enough for the family. Property has everything u needed. Very warm blanket, bed & good sofa bed. Super clean place, no smell at all. Projector screen was a plus for night activities. Moreover, was the staff.. He is very sympathetic to the situation that we might could not make it due to road closures. However, we finally made it. A+ for this property. A once in a lifetime MUST!!

Lovely shower, amazing views. Parking available. The host was very helpful and welcoming. The only thing I'd recommend is that there be some basic teas and coffees available so guests can make a hot drink in the morni while enjoying the scenery!

It was the best house I have ever lived in. The location, views, sauna, house, the owner… everything was amazing. BBQ equipment, fire pit area with fire wood, slippers and bathrobes - everything was thought out in detail. Thank you so much for that!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone and I am looking forward to coming here again.

The cottage facility was new, well-operating, the scene was wonderful, and the property owner was welcoming and helpful. The cottage location is also near from the main attractions such as the Grgeti Trinity Church, the zipline, the waterfalls, the mineral sulfur water, and market and bank.
