What really made this place stand our, however, was the personal touch and the attention paid to all details. It surely wasn't a typical "house for rent" - it had something special.

It was clean and there were ingredients for making breakfast, even though I did not expect that. The owners were friendly and helpful. Also, there was a booklet prepared by the owners with much helpful tourist information for the surrounding places and villages. In general, it was very good value for money.

The place had everything needed for comfort and convenience. The setting high up in the mountains was beautiful and we were fortunate to have a lovely white Christmas.
