The manager Ivan was super friendly, provided many recommendations, and helped procure a scooter for us within 30mins of us asking for it. The houses are well decorated, super clean and designed for a cool atmosphere even without air con. The common areas had hammocks and an amazing breakfast spot connected with a rope bridge which was perfect for a romantic breakfast. Also the property is not too far from beaches and other popular spots. Ivan and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, and decorated our room with balloons and flowers when we told him it was our anniversary. Definitely recommend staying here!

Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the quiet street views. This chalet is allergy-free and non-smoking. Our villa was beautifully designed and ideal for our group of 6. The split-level layout gave everyone plenty of space and privacy - perfect when some of us wanted to rest while others enjoyed the private pool! The private garden and pool area were truly a highlight - peaceful, lush, and beautifully maintained. The on-site restaurant - Summers - was another standout! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The hospitality was exceptional, and the entire stay felt effortless and relaxing. Highly recommend!

However, despite being so close to everything, the property offers a quiet and serene environment, allowing me to get a great night’s sleep after a busy and fun-filled day.

I was in a panic thinking I had left my passport at the resort. The owner was not only incredibly prompt and responsive to my message but was also extremely helpful, allowing me to return to the property to search for it. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, even after I was no longer a guest, truly blew me away. This level of customer service is truly remarkable. I highly recommend Resort JUNGLEROOM Canggu to anyone looking for a place where the owner genuinely cares about their guests' experience.

The entire accommodation was just pure magic. It felt like being in the complete jungle and that so close to canggu. It was super nice to wake up in the morning with the view right on the river. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and has everything we need. There’s a water foundation inside the room, which conveniently solved the drinking water concern. The villa was beautifully embraced by plants and has a hidden stream. The pool was also regularly cleaned. We weren’t affected by the construction noise at all. The customer service was truly exceptional. We were welcomed by a big bowl of fresh fruits and two cute cats in the villa. All staff we encountered were genuinely kind and helpful. We accidentally left our valuable property in the safe box, Putu and Nicole were super responsive and generously helped us ship our stuff through international shipping back to Australia. We can’t thank them enough for their active problem solving and hospitality.
