Staying here truly refreshed our mind. Since we did a road trip from Jakarta, we could have a great relaxation just by laying in bed doing nothing here. At night we did stargazing and I swear the stars were sparkling so exquisitely! Even my friend who stays in South Bali said that she was only seeing 1 star at the time I sent her the picture of the sky above us! Overall, you should give this place a try while staying around Menjangan.

The rooms were immaculate, the staff were super friendly and the jungle atmosphere was amazing :) they also had a super chef that cooked the breakfasts every morning and Ami was fantastic and took us on a great walk through the rice paddies with a great coconut refreshment. I would also highly recommend Ami’s brother for any trips you might need to take with a taxi :)

I really liked to wake up in the morning with daylight and field view. They really did an amazing job to make you feel so welcome. The hosts are so lovely people and very familiar, they will help you with everything you need. The breakfast is excellent and I tried for the first time pisang goreng (fried banana) the best in my opinion. I could also use a motorbike to go to jatiluwih rice fields it is only 20 min driving

We spend our Christmas time there with our 2-year-old son, and they made the holiday for us extra special. It is out in the middle of nowhere, might me able to walk to small village . No tourists what so ever unless in the two other huts . I was scared at first being on my own and there isn’t anything to walk to like the touristy towns …. But I lucked out and got to have an amazing cultural experience and was able to see a special ceremony . Everyone was so very welcoming and they quickly became my family . Everyone is wonderful and so very helpful ! The food is amazing and they can get you a ride if need be !

There was a good selection of food for good prices (very good vanilla milkshakes). The rental scooters were quite new and comfortable to drive. The room/villa was a good size and also quite comfortable, ours included a private 'balcony' to sit on.
