This is a beautiful and serene place nestled amidst the mountains and nature. The location is ideal—peaceful and tranquil, yet conveniently close to restaurants, cafés, the beach, and temples. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I hiked around the mountains and really enjoyed the proximity of the beach. I stayed here for just over two weeks, and if not for other commitments, I would have happily extended my stay to a month or more. I absolutely loved my cozy little cottage and the private garden, which added a special charm to my experience. Hope to visit Pemuteran again, and when I do, this will definitely be my first choice for accommodation. A few restaurant recommendations nearby: • Pemuteran Coffee & breads serves amazing coffee and has a lovely atmosphere. • Warung De Lekong is a small, clean, and authentic local eatery with delicious food, and they even deliver to the lodge.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Oemah Tepi Sawah. It’s a very peaceful place surrounded by rice fields. The jungle around is spectacular, with many geckos, fireflies, and cicadas that we could hear and observe. Dewi and her team were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. They were preparing for us delicious, homemade food each day and helped to organize jungle trekking with guide and local transportation. We also met many wonderful people during our stay. It felt as if all the guests were not strangers to one another, but good neighbors and companions. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. A huge recommendation for all nature lovers!

We had a wonderful view of rice terraces, coconut trees, and mountains from our room and balcony. The balcony was spacious and comfortable, with a good roof so you could sit out in all weather and enjoy the view. The room was also comfortable, and the shower was hot, which is always a bonus. The food was cooked fr3sh on site, and very tasty. I enjoyed the fish cooked in banana leaf the best. We enjoyed walking through the rice terraces in the morning. There are a few warrungs further down the road. I also enjoyed a full body massage at Ume. It was fantastic, very relaxing! We had excellent communication from the staff before and throughout our stay, and we highly recommend this place if you want some peace.
