Staff were so friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The accommodation was beautiful, and the views were incredible. You really felt like you were in a jungle tree house. The local restaurant deliver right to the villa and had some of the best food we have had while in Indonesia. We also received massages while there, and they were incredible. We will definitely be back.

Anya is an amazing host and we had a wonderful time there (and great food) surrounded by nature! You can trust him with the rice field tour as he knows everything about the place and he will show you every side of the agricultural life of Tetebatu, alongside with black monkeys and waterfalls. It was a beautiful experience to stay with him and his family and we wish them the best for the future!

I stayed at this place because it was recommended to me by a friend. Unfortunately I stayed only one night but met with the Family after the Rinjani hike. They were so kind to me that I wanted to give them a dinner in return. So we ate all together even tho I didn't stay at their homestay anymore. They did their best to make me feel at home and help me with everything I needed. I also Booked the 2D1N hike to the Rinjani summit with them and it was a wonderful experience. The guide had good tips and helped is to get to the top of the summit. Organisation of everything was also on point. Also the food in their homestay is great!

After our Rinjani hike we stopped to ask if we could pay a small fee to take a shower and they let us into one room to clean ourselves. So nice of them! Plus the view of the rice terraces and mountains is so nice!

We travelled with our kids- 13 and 15. We love to travel vs “holiday”. Staying in the quiet village close to the mosque really helped us feel immersed in their culture. The host Putu & staff were so welcoming and chilled out. The family room was perfect! If you are looking for luxuries this isn’t for you. Comfort and peace then yes!

Location is great, and strategically placed.
