I can wholeheartedly say this is the most special place I’ve ever stayed. Rice terraces transformed into a stunning, well-tended garden with a few cottages, each one completely private, surrounded by nature and the gentle sound of flowing water everywhere. The only noise you’ll hear is the forest! The room is simple, with large windows overlooking the view. The family takes care of everything with kindness and love, always with a smile and true generosity of spirit. The food is excellent and abundant, and it’s clear that everything is made with love - from the garden’s care to every grain of rice on the plate. There’s a private stream you can bathe in, and plenty of nearby trails to explore. The scenery is breathtaking and the area feels truly authentic.

Open bathroom was super nice and breakfast was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere was peaceful and surrounded by nature — exactly what we were looking for to relax and disconnect. Our cabin had a lovely view of the jungle and the pool — perfect for unwinding and enjoying the scenery. One of the highlights of our stay was the Balinese cooking class. We got to learn how to prepare traditional dishes with the help of a friendly and passionate local team. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature, with a touch of Balinese culture, Bali Secret Jungle is the perfect place!

Everything here is perfect, thanks to Putu, Made and the other staff. It is a beautiful oasis of calm in an over-developped and commercialised Bali. The gardens are stunning, full of healing plants/herbs/fruit - all organic. The nearby walks thru the rice terraces are just gorgeous. The food, the people, the location - all make this the perfect place to stay if you want to experience the real Bali. I will be returning every year from now on! Thank you to everyone here.

I was looking for a place near the start of the Batucaru hike and found one of the most beautiful places in Bali! First of all, the owners are super wonderful and friendly people. Second, absolutely every corner is so beautiful, you just connect with nature everywhere. What delicious food they cook - it will definitely be on the list of my favorite Indonesian food. The house is magical, and this view from the window when you wake up. I 100000% recommend coming here and relaxing for the soul🤍

Right in the middle of the rice fields and jungle! This establishment is a great place if you want to have nice walks along the famous rice terraces. The noise of the nature at night takes time to get used to. Same with sleeping in a room with geckos - but that's pretty normal in Bali. The host was really helpful in helping with arranging the healer when my husband had back pain. Thank you! We will always remember our stay.
