The property is based on Palolem beach and with the upper level rooms you have a fantastic view on the sea. The beds are so comfy and the pressure of the shower very accurate compared to other beach huts. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is shopping just in front of the resort. Also the food was fantastic we decided to dine in at the restaurant and had chicken tikka masala with garlic butter naan which was very delicious and reasonably priced. We would definitely come again the next time we are in Goa.

The location was fantastic. The beach hut was basic but clean and met all our needs. Aayush and Sanjay went out of their way to help us in any that they could. They were always smiling and so helpful. The lady who cleans the rooms is fantastic. Water every day and extra pillows or towels if needed. We stayed in the ordinary beach huts and then had the pleasure of staying in one right on the front. Amazing! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful beach hut on the beach. Quiet area with good food and live music in the evenings. Lovely place to relax.

Beautiful setting, stunning beach hut

The best place we have stayed this trip. Great little basic beach huts right next to the beach. Lovely staff. The best restaurant with the most delicious food we’ve had in our whole trip. We will definitely go back and highly recommend to all.

Beautiful location in quiet corner of the beach, next to the mangroves. The beach hut is wonderful with your own balcony and daybed, space to work with a desk in the shade, or just chill and feel the breeze. Staff are super chill and helpful, you can rent (cheap!) kayaks and take them around the island and into the mangroves, lots of good birdlife, monkeys, otters and more. Food is brill and has the best mojito in India! So good we extended our stay and are talking about our next. LOVE!

I stayed around New Year (everywhere was busy & expensive), so chose this shared dorm for 6 rather than beach huts. Affordable for 4 nights (around the cost of a good quality homestay in Kerala a month earlier). It was a few metres to their beach restaurant & others, and most places I wanted to go (swim, yoga class, plant food eating, Ayurvedic massage, beach walks, shops) were mainly 5-20mns walk. We loved everything about this place. The beach huts were rustic and cozy, with back to nature living. The restuarant / bar was somewhere we could have sat and relaxed all day. The food was amazing, and all the staff were worth their weight in gold. Such beautiful people. We look forward to our next stay at this beautiful property.

staff were largely helpful and friendly. I was able to leave my luggage in their reception hut as late checkout wasn’t available. mosquito net on bed was good. I liked that the shower and toilet were separate in the cabins. cabins quite cute. location is right by the beach and the attached restaurant has good service and nice food.
