Just down the road is a little fishing village that has a free open air hot tub overlooking the Harbour where whales are often spotted! The owners were away but Sue was very helpful in directing us to the best fish and chips at Baccala!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable cottage in the middle of a forest! The accommodation was very cosy, with a very well equipped kitchen to prepare dinner. We only stayed here 1 night, but it was beautiful! We also made use of the heated pool located in the woods and it was wonderful!!!

Overall it is the perfect stay if you want to explorer the north of Iceland, I.e. Husavik, Asbyrgi, Dettifoss…

Todo estaba limpio y funcionó correctamente. Está ubicada en un valle donde se respira tranquilidad. La cocina está muy bien equipada y el baño también, muy cómodo. Además tiene lavadora y tendedero. Pudimos cocinar y disfrutar del lugar. Nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida en la nevera. Estuvimos muy a gusto y nos sentimos muy agradecidos.
