What was there not to like!! The house was amazing, the views were the best we've seen. The hosts were thoughtful with leaving a bottle of Champagne for our group. The hot tub was amazing and easy to use. The hiking around the property was awesome. The sheep are not allowed in the area so they are free of poop! The fridge has a freezer!!

The cabins surrounded by trees was a lovely. The cabin itself is small but very clean with everything you need. Providing housecoats for the hot tub is a nice added touch. Just down the road is a little fishing village that has a free open air hot tub overlooking the Harbour where whales are often spotted! The owners were away but Sue was very helpful in directing us to the best fish and chips at Baccala!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable cottage in the middle of a forest! The accommodation was very cosy, with a very well equipped kitchen to prepare dinner. We only stayed here 1 night, but it was beautiful! We also made use of the heated pool located in the woods and it was wonderful!!!

I loved the fact that it felt like you were in the middle of nowhere - even though it was a 2 min drive to the city. Both my partner and I also loved the genereal feeling of being cozy in the cottage.

The cabin was very cozy and well equipped, there was nothing we missed. The views of the canyon next to it were also stunning. The owner welcomed us with a little gift and made sure that everything is fine doing our stay. On our first night we even got an amazing display of the northern lights. Overall it is the perfect stay if you want to explorer the north of Iceland, I.e. Husavik, Asbyrgi, Dettifoss…

I like the huge windows, the decorations, the quiet location, the big terrace (perfect for aurora watching), the washer/dryer, the space in the bathroom, the house shoes, the fluffy blankets, the coziness... the list goes on!

Amazing view. Super clean & comfortable. Great value for money. The owners provided everything we needed and more. We did a 7 day road trip around the entire island (staying in a different property every night!) and this was the best place we stayed!

The view is breathtaking from the huge patio outside. I would definitely recommend this cabin. Host super easy to contact and fast in replying.
