The staff were exceptional, Jackino who headed up the restaurant area could not have been more helpful, My partner had special dietary requirements and he out of his way to ensure that there was never an issue. He was fantastic. (he even organized a special cake. ) Reception staff were also most helpful with advice on getting to and from port , free towels at pool. The hotel provided a free night shuttle to and from the center of town. Great pool , close proximity to sea swimming, and walking distance to the beautiful island Castle.

Staff were all amazing! So helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, free shuttle bus was great. Views were stunning and a lovely pool area.

Everything was perfect, stunning location with the best views, clean, plenty of space around the swimming pool. Super friendly staff, variety at breakfast and a super useful frequent shuttle service to get to the local town - 100% needed if you don’t have a car!

The staff at Resort Villa Flavio are the friendliest. They make you feel at home :) The breakfast was tasty and had a variety. The most amazing thing was the free shuttle service to the central spots (Lacco Ameno and Casamicciola). We found it really convenient, given the island was very steep to walk.

We loved our stay here, rooms were clean and location great although it was a bit of a climb back to hotel from the port. However, there was a very convenient hourly shuttle service to and from port to the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful location and welcoming staff. The pools and views were lovely - the shuttle bus was a bonus to get around the island. Would have loved to stay another day and will most definitely stay here again should we ever have the opportunity. Just a wonderful location and Ischia is absolutely beautiful

The hotel location is quite isolated from the local town centres, offering peace, tranquillity and great sea views. We found the pool areas tidy and well-kept at all times. The staff was friendly, spoke good English and was overly available to help us at any time. Shuttle bus to Forio and nearby beaches was a plus.

Hotel amenities were brilliant, plenty of pools to choose from with a great view while eating breakfast. Shuttle bus handy and bus stop just outside hotel. All staff apart from one manager were friendly and easy to deal with. Massage was good with good price, wish it was longer.

Everything! Easy comms post booking and pre arrival. Every single member of staff is a joy to deal with, very helpful and courteous/friendly all the time. Great pool area, and the views are stunning. Shuttle service to Forio is needed as it’s not one to walk - taxi back from hotels contact Antonio is €20 in the evenings, and he is very reliable, even at short notice. 2 lovely restaurants are within easy stroll though. All in all, super relaxing place to stay - thank you everyone.

This is a lovely old hotel which seemed popular with Italians who have been coming for years. All the front desk staff; in particular Allisa, went out of their way to be helpful with my questions and requests. Pool was nice (even with a charge for towels). Breakfast was good and serving staff was attentive! Spa looked nice, but I didn't have any service. Really appreciated the owner's motorbike collection in the Lobby and the shuttle to the shopping area/center city. :o)
