Highly recommend!

Great location located near to all the main attraction, the property is on the ground floor, in case you have big suitcase, you don't have to worry of carrying the suitcase climbing up with the staircase. It is a quiet yet convenient location and the place is safe too. The AC and the wifi works perfectly which is another bonus point for the property. Bear in mind this property is a loft and it doesn't have any window but it don't really bother us so much.

It is a modern and beautiful flat located on the groundfloor. A couple of toys found in house made our child happy. A safety block for the staircase was set in place. A cot was perfectly prepared and there was plenty of space in the main room. Good bath supplies. Kitchen was very well equiped. Touristic information was provided by the host and also plenty of guides in the apartment. The restaurant next door was nice. A supermarket nearby. Florence downtown was reached in 30 min either walking or using public transport.

When I arrived, it was before the advertised check in time of 2:00. I called Marco anyway to see if I could gain access. He immediately met me downstairs and greeted me warmly. We went up to the room and he immediately had me hooked into the WiFi. Beautiful high ceiling room with a very comfortable bed and a VERY effective air conditioner. Location is perfect for exploring the city. Thank you, Marco for making my stay enjoyable. PS the spread of food and snacks was MORE than enough!

This apartment is relatively basic but it very clean and has everything you need. We only stayed a couple of days to make some hiking, and we didn't use the kitchen very much - but it's quite good enough for a self catering holiday. The Albergo practically next door has good food and wine and also the pizzeria 300m up the road was excellent (pana cottta chocolata is to die for!) Peaceful & quiet village about 10 minutes drive to Abetone. We found everyone very friendly and kind.
