Room has wifi (not very fast sometimes, but don’t forget you are in the middle of the desert!). Hotel staff were super friendly, they picked us up from petrol station, where taxi brought us. They also organized for us safari trip which I highly recommend, and helped us to organize car for our way back to Amman. You also have nice rocks around hotel which you can climb to make nice photos

The swimming pools are amazing and very clean, my kids loved it and enjoyed staying there, I would go again in the future.
