At the chalet complex, certain units are equipped with a coffee machine and wine or champagne. The best I've ever been to.

The rental options are at a far better price, and there are a lot of big European sizes. The owner goes above and beyond for the customer, offering to drive from the station to the mountains. The breakfast is also very tasty :).

This 1-star villa offers free shuttle service and luggage storage space. The villa offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Staff offered a free of charge shuttle back to Kawaguchiko station once our stay was over. The rental bikes and BBQ were very nice and convenient. The service from the staff was excellent.

The staff and front reception lady who manages everything is the sweetest person in the world and always smiling and making sure everyone is happy. It's clean, quiet, located right near happo chairlift and I can't think of anything I disliked. There's a feeling of home/comfort and its very nice

We stayed for two nights here. The owner is so friendly and the atmosphere is so good. Breakfast is included and very delicious. Although it’s not that close to the JR Station, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back.

Delightful cosy b&b with the most friendly, helpful and generous owners. Rooms are not huge but ample for a couple with lovely outlook over the garden. Breakfast is home cooked and delicious, served in a nice dining room with open fireplace nearby. The owners generously offered to serve us a home cooked meal for dinner one evening as we were having difficulty finding an open restaurant. It was delicious. Private bathrooms are small but adequate however they have a great large indoor bath/spa for guests which was so relaxing. Plenty of lovely places to visit, drives, local onsen etc and the owners have lots of local knowledge and information. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
