It's in a very convenient location which is close to the main train station and the airport shuttle bus terminal. My room was facing the Sakurajima Ireland which was a bonus

Beautiful scenery, clean, kitchen fully furnished, and we all slept very well. The owner, Yuko was very helpful and spoke very good English. Our chalet was cleaned, fresh towels given and rubbish cleared on daily basis. That helps a lot, as we cook.

Staff were extremely friendly, we received a full tour of the cabin on arrival as well as a welcome drink made of locally grown tankan (orange) juice and a dessert on the second night. The cabin was clean, well set up, and comfortable. It is in a quiet location and the outlook was extremely private.

Both of us enjoyed the stay there! The owners are very warm and all the equipments in the cabin are very nice. The overall environment provide a chill and relaxing vibe. I highly recommend this cabin to people who visit Yakushima!!

View is fantastic and hot spring is good. The shuttle bus is convenient and running covers most daily time.

Top class hotel in Kagoshima with good facilities & a couple of restaurants. Excellent view on the city icon Sakurajima & sunrise on Sakurajima. Similarly excellent view from the Onsen as well. Good shuttle bus service to & from the city.

This was a great location next to the train station, we were able to return our car in Kagoshima airport and take an easy shuttle to the base of the hotel, which was about a 30 minute drive. The hotel lobby was on the 7th floor. The weather was cloudy and rainy and weren’t able to see too much of the volcano/Mountain View but when we did have some clarity it was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and we were able to store our luggage for two hours after checking out which was very convenient. Overall a great stay!

The view of Sakurajima from our room! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The late check at 12:00 PM was appreciated. The area was very nice and the free shuttle to and from Kagoshimachuo station was a good touch as well.

Very nice room on 9th floor with an excellent view of Sakurajima, friendly and helpful staff and good buffets. Also the shuttle from the train station was very useful

The owner take care the cabin very tidy and clean. Household items are all available, seems like living in my own home. Even they do have fireplace but my house don't. haha Coffee, Tea even bread I did not expected. Much more….
