We really liked how the staff were very engaging and helpful. The free shuttle service from the ferry to the hotel was great and u could also get the staff to collect ur luggage while u travelled around miyajima island in the mean time. The food was great too and very filling.

Great place, very helpful staff, comfortable and nice room. Dinner exceeded our expectations. Very helpful is the shuttle service between the ryokan and ferry.

The most attentive staff on our entire trip-shuttle bus prompt after call from ferry port (5mins), carried our bags into the hotel, had slippers waiting at the door, brought a charger we’d left in our room when they came to the ferry port when storing our luggage after check out.

In front of the sea, perfect service, helpfull and dedicated staff, very easy free shuttle service all day round to the pier, delicious Japanese breakfast and dinner (the latter served in the room), etc.

We realy enjoyed being in a tradition Japanese hotel for the first time. We had half board. Both breakfast and dinner were very good and interesting. Though a little out of town, it was good to be away from the crowd. Hotel provided a good shuttle bus service from ferry and town centre.

Our stay at Miyajima Seaside was superb and the dining experience was AMAZING! What a treat. Very close to the attractions, and great shuttle services available.

Great experience overall. They have a shuttle that brings you to and from the ferry terminal. The hotel is situated just behind the Itsukushima Shrine, giving you the opportunity to go there early in the morning before the crowds arrive. The room was comfortable, they have the choice of western-style or Japanese-style rooms. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. They catered attentively to our gluten-free needs.

The hotel is in an excellent location, quiet, amazing views, but within the town. The room was large by Japanese standards, with very comfortable futon beds. Bathroom was good. Staff were very kind and helpful. Food was outstanding and varied. Van shuttle from and to the ferry was prompt and welcome. We would definitely stay here again in Miyajima.
