There is a private bathroom with bidet in some units, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. I’ll write this in English such that everyone could possibly get my opinion. This place is surprisingly good, it has a great location Goryu Escal plaza within walkable distance (appr. 6mins). And Goryu is the only one resort which has the night operation hours, so take advantage of that. Plenty of food options near the lodge. I was traveling alone and I had my good dining every night, get some local foods and beers what a great combination! Speaking of combo, this place has two Onsen (Hot tub) one private with little of extra charge and one public. It’s just a wonderful thing to do after days and days of skiing or snowboarding. For those who didn’t drive you should be fine as said this place has great location so you will be able to get back in multiple ways. Akira, the owner of this lodge and a skater from Tokyo, was being super helpful and informative to every of his guests, his crew members were very friendly it’s just a home place to stay at. They pick you up and drop you off at the nearest bus/train stop. They provide traffic information, map handouts, and discount tickets. Thanks to this place gave me the most impressive experience during my first visit in Japan. Arigato！

At the chalet complex, some units have a private entrance, dining area, fireplace and dishwasher. Some accommodation includes a terrace and a seating area with flat-screen TV, as well as air conditioning and heating. At the chalet complex, certain units are equipped with a coffee machine and wine or champagne. Fantastic customer service. They helped us with local transportation and answered all of our questions. The property is perfect with its cleanliness and premium furniture.

Mr. Chen is really super kind, so caring to his guest, super polite, super generous.. I am at a loss for words to describe how kind he is. I am really very grateful for Mr. Chen's kindness and attention. Thank you so much Mr. Chen’s we will never forget your kindness. The room and bathroom are super comfortable and clean. They are always cleaned every day. The location is super strategic because the shuttle stop is right across the street. At check in and check out, Mr. Chen will pick you up and drop you off on time. There is not a single negative thing about this place.

A vegan option can also be requested. cost authentic Japanese hostel. very clean and comfortable. Owners are very helpful! Location is 3min walk from Sakka slope and 1min walk from Hakuba valley bus stop. What I like the most is 1hour private bath time ;) hope to visit again!

There is a shared lounge at this property and guests can go skiing and cycling nearby. I loved everything here. Usually lodge has only Japanese futon in tatami room but we slept comfortably in bed. Breakfast was tasty and hospitality was incredible. They also have sauna 😍

Belnina had a very nice family feel. Taka, Seiko and their friend Danny made our stay fantastic. Taka was very helpful with resort information and went beyond by picking us up and dropping us to the station. Seiko and Danny did a great job with breakfast, especially with the homemade baking. The drying room was great and the onsen was a great addition after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

The lodge offers a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, a hairdryer and bidet. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. Delightful cosy b&b with the most friendly, helpful and generous owners. Rooms are not huge but ample for a couple with lovely outlook over the garden. Breakfast is home cooked and delicious, served in a nice dining room with open fireplace nearby. The owners generously offered to serve us a home cooked meal for dinner one evening as we were having difficulty finding an open restaurant. It was delicious. Private bathrooms are small but adequate however they have a great large indoor bath/spa for guests which was so relaxing. Plenty of lovely places to visit, drives, local onsen etc and the owners have lots of local knowledge and information. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

A buffet, American or Asian breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. Amazing place! So cozy and welcoming. Staff are so sweet!

A 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort, Pension Tomato offers spacious Western-style rooms with a loft area. Free WiFi is available at the entire property and guests can reserve a private open-air bath overlooking the forest. A free shuttle is available from JR Hakuba Train Station, which is a 5-minute drive away and must be reserved at time of booking. Forest views are available from the 2nd floor of the accommodation. Close to the main road, amazingly friendly staffs, good size room with bath. Fridge, washing machine, ensuite bath, big kitchen space were available. We had 4 single beds in our room and was big enough for all 4 of us. The bed was comfortable too. The onsen in the shared area was also nice. You had to make reservations in advance to secure a 45min slot. One was only inside but the other had both inside and outside baths.

We have a variety of beautiful and well appointed chalets, located in prime areas centered around the Happo ski resort in Hakuba. All quiet but convenient locations close to restaurants, ski slopes and shuttle bus stops. Forest or mountain views and plenty of fresh, clean mountain air! Fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, streaming channels and top quality mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep. Big house just right size for 7 of us. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. Everything is great and clean. Good conversation with staffs. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.
