The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. They provided snow boots for free when my trainers were too wet and put them in a heated room, so that they could dry. They made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and regularly chatted to me, as I was on my own. The food was very tasty (dinner and breakfast are included in the price) and they provide packed lunch for a fee if needed. The shower was hot and the hot tub was small but lovely to soak in after lots of walking. The room was nice and warm and had a great view of the mountains. They show a documentary about the snow wall. They reserved my bus to Bijodaira for me and because it was raining, they told the bus driver to use the horn when he was outside, so that I could wait inside.
