Staff were amazingly nice and helpful, and even went the extra mile to learn guests’ names. Location is truly unbeatable, combine that with excellent food and service and there’s truly nothing more one could ask for.

I loved Bottle Cottage! The setting is wonderful - with a large private balcony with water views. And the cottage itself is really gorgeous - uniquely decorated and extremely spacious - the pictures don't do it justice. I especially loved the sea-creature themed bottle windows. I also liked knowing that my stay contributed to Reefolution - an organization that is leading coral reef restoration with the local communities. The Cottage is in the Firely Eco Retreat so you have all the amenities you need - restaurant, large pool - and the staff are so friendly and helpful. For divers and snorkelers, you can catch the boat to the Marine Park right from the jetty in front. I highly recommend this place!

Agnes went above & beyond for us. If we are ever back in Watamu we will be staying here again - a home away from home!

If you are reading this review, stop debating and book Maneaters! Our stay was nothing short of magical, an unforgettable experience where we were truly cared for from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to Rose, Rosemary, and Rubin, our fantastic safari driver who also ensured seamless transportation to and from the train in Voi. And the wildlife? Absolutely breathtaking! Watching elephants, monkeys, and crocodiles up close so near you could almost reach out and touch them was simply incredible.

At Severin Safari Camp, nature comes first. Set within the Kitani Wildlife Circuit of Tsavo West National Park, the camp is unfenced, allowing wildlife to roam freely around the waterholes right in... The place was great, perfect service, tasteful, good food. Excellent driver and management. Nice spa, incredible massage. Lots of different activities. Perfect value for money.

Located at Kilifi Creek, just 3 km outside of town and surrounded by a community forest, Distant Relatives Ecolodge and Backpackers features a secluded beach area, a restaurant and outdoor pool. Had a great few nights at DR! Really enjoyed the laidback vibe there, and LOVED the eco outside bathrooms!!! Special thanks to Muhammed and the other woman in the bar for making our stay even better 🫶🏼
