I had a wonderful stay at this family-run farmhouse, and enjoyed the jungle trekking and day tour that they organized for me. I couldn’t ask for more welcoming or accommodating hosts! Communication was easy before my arrival, and they were even waiting to pick me up from the bus station when I got to Ratanakiri! I was also invited to join the family for a birthday dinner celebration, which was lovely to share with them. Staying here was a great experience, and a fantastic way to learn about the local culture and communities. Definitely a highlight of my time in Cambodia!! I highly recommend staying here to support a family-run business, and booking a tour if you have time!

San Soeun offers the most kind and warm hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay with him and his beautiful family, it has been a highlight of our time in Cambodia. San is willing to help assist you with anything you need, offers jungle treks and advice on the local area. He even shared with us some tasty fish he had caught himself that day, such a treat! The room is simple but very comfortable with all that you need, the bed is huge! The view is gorgeous and the smell of the trees that surround you makes for a great break from busy cities. If you are looking to experience the authentic Cambodia then this is the place for you! San Seouns beautiful family made this place so special for us, watching the local children play, and spending the evening playing games with his bright daughter Awa are memories we won't forget! I was made welcome as soon as I arrived. Room was very nice and such good value for money. Peaceful place even with it being next to the lake where there was much singing and dancing and fireworks for the water festival (Bon Om Touk). Green and lush surroundings. I ordered my chicken fried rice when I arrived for 4 hours later. 4 hours later I was eating chicken fried rice.
