We loved their hospitality, the owners helped us for everything and took care of us.The food served was delicious.The athmosphere was so natural.The restaurant was good, they helped us for the sightseeings and transfers ( tuk tuk or taxi)

BONUS: Lots of wildlife just at your doorstep: we saw peacocks & other birds, various lizards, deers, water buffalos, etc...just by sitting on the terrace! Also easy access road & ample parking space at the lodge.

Atha Tree House encontra-se a 10 km de Ruínas do Mosteiro Ritigala e dispõe de acomodações com terraço. The place is owned by a family living nearby. The guy who mostly took care of us was very helpful, always communicating. He drove us to Sigirya and manage a driver to the Kadulla safari which was very memorable - beautiful day and lots of elephants 😊 Breakfast and dinner made by the family was local and very delicious. Also there was a shy elephant marauding each night around our tree house.

Local muito calmo, perfeito para descansar. A Indie foi fantástica. Arranjou-nos um guia espetacular que nos mostrou toda a cidade e que nos explicou todo o enquadramento histórico do que víamos. No dia seguinte arranjou-nos um táxi para nos levar a Dambulla e o Yasas, o nossa motorista, foi fantástico. Para terminar, as belíssimas refeições típicas do Sri Lanka que nos preparou. Incríveis. It was a really cute house, even tho we only saw it in the dark - the staff was really really nice and cooked us delicious food even late and organized an early tuk tuk for safari:) we would come back

Em Pahala Maragahawewa, a 39 km de Kumbichchan Kulama Tank e a 39 km de Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi, Wilpaththu Wild Wonder apresenta acomodações com ar condicionado e acesso a um jardim. I believe this guest house is ideal for people doing a Wilpattu Safari: - it is located right next to the park entrance. - it is not luxurious, but who needs a luxurious hotel if you are going to spend the entire day on safari anyway? - the AC worked great, the bed slept well and it has an ensuite shower and toilet. - they were happy to supply lunch and breakfast for the safari, and prepare dinner as well. I ate very well there. - the hostess was very kind and happy to help with questions. - if you are lucky you may already spot some animals from your window! I saw a wild peacock and monkeys. But apparently elephants also sometimes roam through nearby fields.
