The breakfast was delicious and huge and there are several amazing, quiet beaches really close by. Sana was the most caring and lovely host! He organized a sunbed for free whenever I was asking for it, guided me around the area and had a lot of great hints and recommendations for my stay.

We loved our stay at Sanda Eliya! The cabin we had was very spacious, clean and luxurious. We loved it so much we decided to stay a few days longer. Owner Nuwan was super kind and helpful, always in for a chat and helped us book tours, taxis etc. He made us feel at home immediately. The garden is very green with lots of animals that can be spotted throughout the day - we saw birds, lizards and even a tortoise! Also the large swimmingpool with sunbeds was amazing during the hot summer days. We loved the location of the accomodation, it is across the road from the beach and just outside of the busy city of Bentota. 10/10 would recommend.

Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning was a highlight, and the sunsets in the evening were amazing. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. If you’re looking for a quiet and natural place to unwind, this is a great choice.
