Fabulous boutique hotel with a great location right on the beach. Beautiful rooms , lovely pool and great staff everyone made our stay magical. Shout out to Roshan the chef, amazing food from breakfast to the dinners. We only had dinner once but they went out of the way to make sure as vegetarians we were well taken care of. Nihal the manager also made sure our stay was just perfect.

This was one of the best places we've been to on our trip to Sri Lanka. It's in the middel of nature, there is a beautiful waterfall where you can dip into the water and even get fish therapy about a 5min walk from the Hotel. The glass bungalow was incredible, the room was clean, very comfortable and there is a mini fridge with snacks and beverages. Apart from the room, the host and his wife are lovely people, so friendly, warm and welcoming. We had a tasty welcome drink, then they showed us the way to the waterfall, before dinner, the host took us on a little walk to see the surrounding area and after dinner he took us on a little night walk around the house to see the little animals living there. He gave us much information about plants and animals and also organized a guided trip to the rainforest the following day. His wife prepares breakfast and dinner herself and it was by far the best we've eaten on our trip. The accomodation is not easy to find and to access if you are not travelling by car, but you can inform the host and they organize a pickup at a reasonable price. This wasn't a negative point for us as we enjoy the sounds of nature, but if you're a light sleeper it's fair to mention that the sound of the waterfall is quite loud and you can also hear the frogs and circadas quite a lot. That's definitely a pro when you, like us, like to be surrounded by the sounds of nature but may be a con if you want to be in a more quiet place. We really recommend to visit this beautiful place when you are travelling in the Sinharaja area! Thank you so much for everything!! :)

Wonderful location in the midst of the rainforest. Food was fresh and tasty. The lovely host Karina is very accommodating and can organise anything for you from transportation to tours. The river freshwater pool is very refreshing after a hike or trek in the forest.

Yes the tree house is amazing, the breakfast delicious and the cinemon garden amazing. But the most beautifull part is the friendliness and hospitality off the family. Their warmth and service has no limits and brought tears in my eyes.

Sira's Chalets is beach front property offering air-conditioned chalets with a sea view terrace and free WiFi. It features a restaurant and garden with sun beds and hammocks where guests can relax. First and foremost the location and the friendly owner Siras. The staff Sampath was also friendly and resourceful. The bedroom was comfortable. The beach is right in the backyard. There are many nice restaurants and lively events around the beach. Coconut hill, secret beach and parrot rock are nearby, within 1 to 2 kilometers.

I liked the location, the view, the room (ac was working perfectly, hot water, comfortable bed). The homemade food they were making was tasty and also reasonable priced. Also by the river seeing crocodiles, peacocks, monkeys and comodo dragon was fascinating.

Lunuvila Resort Hiriketiya Dikwella nhìn ra khu vườn, có Wi-Fi miễn phí và chỗ đậu xe riêng miễn phí, tọa lạc ở Dikwella, cách Bãi biển Dickwella 9 phút đi bộ. our absolute favorite stay in sri lanka! we kept extending it because oh we loved it so much. 1. the place is ideally located between dickwella and hiriketiya. close to the main road but far enough to be quiet! (important for us) 2. the room is extremely clean and well-thought out. very beautifully decorated with so much love and attention to detail. we had everything needed and couldn’t ask for more really. having our own kitchen was a huge plus and you can also do your laundry here. 3. the host Dasitha is one of the nicest (if not the nicest) person we’ve ever met. he was so patient and humble and truly cared about our experience…! very welcoming and friendly. great communication too. made our stay so special. helped us a lot in all possible aspects of our travel. feeling very grateful we decided to stay there and meet him. 4. the space: there’s a quiet outdoor area with sunbeds. we loved it! 5. unbeatable value for the price.! we couldn’t wish for a better accommodation! can’t recommend enough and look forward to coming back. thank you so much Dasitha!

So many good things to say, just a few of them: - any needs are addressed and help is provided quickly, - nice family that tries to provide everything for your comfortable stay, - apartment is totally stunning, great design and facilities are well-equipped, - kitchen has everything you need for cooking on a daily basis, - clean room and bathroom, cozy blanket and beautiful wall paintings drawn by owner himself, wi-fi is acceptable, very good AC + fan, - you can see a lot of wild life since the house is in the jungle area (monkeys, chipmunks, many birds, river with crocodiles), - calm environment for quality rest, far from noisy roads, (exception - night from saturday to sunday), - room clean up every few days, - bike/bicycle rental and water delivery upon request for additional fee Overall, it's an amazing place to stay, I was carefully choosing and comparing many places in the similar price range in Weligama, and this one was the best option even though it's a bit far from city. You can totally go for it, won't regret!!!!!!!!!!!❤️
