The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great service. Their warmth made the experience feel truly personal. The location is absolutely stunning perched in the heart of the Dades Gorge, the hotel offers panoramic views that are simply breathtaking. Waking up to the mountains and deep canyons was like a dream. It's the perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of the area.

Camp was very close to the dunes and not just paperthin tents but proper black painted traditional huts. They kept the warmth over night. Comfortable matresses, too! Very nice staff there. The Tajine was very delicious. Bear in mind: no alcohol at all available which is absolutely understandable. We booked the 4WD tour with 'Dar Yaya desert excursions'. Very recommended. Best driver, good car. Just fun and price was fine, too.

The Bivouac is situated in a beautiful and peaceful palmerie. The communication and the kindness of the staff is excellent. We found ourselves blocked outside Ouarzazate because of a flood and the manager was very communicative and responsive with us. He was even able to contact the local authorities and when we arrived in the early hours of the morning there was some food ready for us. The tagine and the breakfast was excellent.
