Com vista da montanha, Ferney Nature Lodge situa-se em Mahébourg e possui um restaurante, um salão partilhado, bar, jardim, piscina exterior aberta todo o ano e terraço. We went for a guided hike in the morning and enjoyed learning about all the wildlife and plant live. We had lunch near the ocean in the sister restaurant and then checked in. The rooms are very nice. We felt like we were in a scene from Jurassic Park. The pool is small but very relaxing (especially with a tropical drink in your hand). At night, we sat on the porch, listening to wild boars roaming around and watching the bats searching for food. Dinner was amazing. We ate in the lodge and had the wild boar caught in the surrounding area. It was so delicious. The morning breakfast consisted of fresh local fruits, eggs any way you wanted, and so much more. The staff were very attentive and really wanted to make your stay the best of experiences.

We spent one wonderful night here and were blown away by the incredible love and hospitality shown by the owner and his son, Simon. Despite our late arrival, they went above and beyond. They not only gave us a complete tour of their beautiful property but also made sure we caught the sunset from the top of the hill. The highlight was the impromptu dinner: the owner picked two fresh eggplants directly from their garden and prepared herbs for our meal. This place is fantastic for nature lovers and those who appreciate true sustainability and kindness. A truly memorable and welcoming stay!

Excellent villa with private pool, beach access and located in not so crowded area. Great service and attention from the staff. One day wi-fi was not working due to some technical failure and Davina personally spent time to make sure that technician fixed the issues. We went for fishing and caught some fish. Sapna did the cooking and curry was outstanding. Overall very clean, nice and well equipped property. Pool was a really nice bonus. Recommended for a romantic holiday.
