Rodeado pelo Parque Natural de Black River e as Montanhas de Chamarel, o Lakaz Chamarel Exclusive Lodge oferece vistas impressionantes do oceano. WOW. First of all, the owners/managers and staff are so friendly and welcoming. When you drive into the hotel grounds it is like arriving in some kind of garden of Eden. They have beautifully landscaped the grounds so it’s full of a diversity of native plants and birds, even better than the botanic gardens in many ways! If I had been there longer I would have enjoyed using the fantastic gym facilities and free yoga classes. I had one of the Mountain View rooms with a private pool and it was incredible. One of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. It was large with a spacious terrace. Gorgeous outdoor shower. They left body oil and scrub which was a really nice touch. There was a really nice shared pool area too which was never busy. I really enjoyed sitting after dinner next to the fire pit and reading my book. The sky was clear with a great view of the stars and at dusk you could see all the fruit bats flying over. The view bar was really good, great cocktails and lots of free snacks brought round! And of course a great view. I drove down to Le Morne beach which was gorgeous and had some good snorkeling right off it. Much quieter than other beaches I visited further up the coast. I went to the geo park and waterfall which were lovely. With more time and some cooler temperatures I would have liked to have explored some of the hiking around. Amazing place I will recommend to friends and family, I hope to get the chance to go back.

A La Vieille Cheminée está situada numa quinta com cerca de 4 hectares em Charamel e está rodeada por 2 rios, árvores indígenas e florestas. The living room on the patio with a fireplace and the table outside set for dinner and breakfast were wonderful. We enjoyed the home cooked dinners and the generous breakfast. The beds were comfortable with luxurious sheets and the rooms were big, each with its own bathroom. The house was well equipped and comfortable. We also loved the disc golf and the swimming pool up on the hill was beautiful, although freezing!

Kristina and Vincent were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. The lodges were beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the attention to detail was remarkable. Their genuine hospitality and passion for what they do truly made our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Imagine waking up early in the morning, grabbing a coffee, be greeted by two lovely dogs coming to say hi, the sound of birds and the distant noise of the waves. You walk for 3 minutes and you arrive on a beautiful beach, most of the time almost empty,. You can use the kayak, the surf board, bodyboard available at the house, whenever you want to go and see the dolphins even if they often come to the shore. Sanjana and Julien are adorable, so are their 2 kids. We got some fresh eggs coming from their adventurous chicken, they were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. There is a barbecue that we used by the beach…We had an incredible stay and we cannot wait to come again ! Tamarin bay is so much better than Flic en Flac and you have great food options nearby when you spend your day at the beach. The house is located in a secured and quiet place, it’s a fantastic option to discover Mauritius by offering a peaceful space to rest.

The property’s location is just perfect and led to instant relaxation & Anil and his daughter are truly wonderful hosts. The hut is equipped with everything you could wish for and more and it’s just the perfect morning activity to go out with the kayak (that you can use for free) and swim with the dolphins that come to the bay every morning. Furthermore, it’s a very secure place and there plenty of restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Situado a 10 km de Campo de Golfe Tamarina, o alojamento fornece um jardim e estacionamento privado gratuito.... The environment is great, “this is it”, I said as soon as I entered the garden. Location convenience, cleanliness, aesthetics, innovation and sincerity are all here. Since I rented a car, this place was very useful. If you do not plan to rent it, you will have a hard time. This is an accommodation in nature with the sounds of birds, but if you are afraid of ants and small insects, it may not be suitable for you. I don't think they are disturbing at all. What you see in the pictures is the same. The host and her family are a bonus. They are very sincere and caring. Car parking is not a problem, it is right next to the house, in the garden. Safe, suitable for single woman travelers. Supermarkets are 10 minutes away by car. I recommend you to have a delicious breakfast on the terrace, do your shopping (including drinking water) before your arrival. I liked the location of the house very much. You can reach Le Morne beach in half an hour and immerse yourself in the waters. Casela Adventure Park is 15 minutes away, La Vallee des Couleurs Nature Park is 45 minutes away (I recommend zipline), and the activities in Chamarel are half an hour away. You can also find great restaurants by the sea 15-20 minutes away.

Holiday Surf Lodge localiza-se em Tamarin, a 7 minutos a pé de Praia Tamarin e 6,5 km de Campo de Golfe Tamarina, e dispõe de acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e ar condicionado. The apartment is great, with terrace and everything you need. Different lights incide the house make it cosy. Host was very kind, reply quickly, always interested in my comfortable staying. Kitchen is full equipped, bed is soft, there are always internet and hot water. Thank you so much, it was pleasure to spend my time here!
