The hotel's sound insulation is excellent. The room is quiet, although near the airport and takeoff route. The hotel has good access to the metro, and it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the Mixiuhca station. A free shuttle bus from the airport is also lovely. Recommended!

Comfy bed, easy check in, nice small set of shutter doors opening to the street

We stayed here on a long layover. I chose the hotel because of the easy transport (airport shuttle) and good price. It was much nicer than I expected. All employees - chofer, desk personnel, cleaning team - were professional and attentive. The checkout time was 1pm, which was wonderful because it allowed us to relax before our afternoon flight. The breakfast buffet is a little pricey, but the food is superb and very complete. The pool is heated and we just had a great time. 100% recommend.

Location of the apartment , plenty of places to drink and eat, close to many sites, Lots space to organise everything ,there is plenty of cabinets and drawers etc to organise clothes, also big fridge and kitchen well equipped. The bed was amazing really big and the mattress super comfortable, the host Martin was great , very good communication and very helpful.We had a great stay,

convenient location right at the airport and shuttle to national terminal; restaurants on-site; bed was very comfortable.

The hotel had a 24 hour shuttle service from the hotel to the airport that runs every 30 minutes. You just need to wait at reception. They accommodated my flight schedule by providing me with an extended checkout.

Shuttle bus service is ok

The staff -- front desk, shuttle driver -- were friendly and professional. Check-in was prompt and efficient, which other hotels are not often. We appreciated this, having arrived late; all we wanted to do was sleep after a long day of travel and the staff understood this. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Arrived late and left early, so can't comment on any facilities or amenities. The rate was reasonable.

Incredible location! I definitely booked for the location. The room was fine, a bit small for my liking and bed was ok. The bathroom smelled a bit moldy, but we just shut the door. Minutes away from great coffee and pastries. About a 5-10 mins walk from Parque México and Amsterdam passage… you’ll be amazed at all the trees! Super cool neighborhood with a bunch of restaurants. Very safe.
