This place is out of my expectation!! I booked a room for 4 with such a reasonable price since my plan is visiting penang hill early in the morning!! Nice double decker double bed with huge clean toilet to accommodate us!! A Tv is bonus... This lodge is surrounded with left n right food stall!! Nice food too...i had try both....
This lodge is super clean n look new .... happy with my 2 night stay here!!! It also has a fridge n water dispenser!!

Loved that the pools were all in the same area and that there was plenty of lounge chairs and tables/chairs/huts. The buffet breakfast was fabulous and had plenty of options and the staff were lovely. Rooms were a great size, comfortable beds and the location of the resort was amazing. This was our 2nd stay within 6 months and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Location excellent. There is good parking. We did not use the pool or eat breakfast. Rooms were super-clean. Bedding and towels very good. I had a cabin room which was modest. But had a window with sea and Shell (!) view.

Everthing is perfect, definitely worth to stay here at least a week! Enjoy a whole log cabinet, which is amazing. You will never want to miss this fascinating place!! But notice you don't book from this plateform, caz they charge you the tourism tax but they didn't give to the hotel. So there is a double charge, maybe you should bool through Agoda or whatnot.

The location, everything was walkable in George Town. It was good value for money. We had a room with shutters that opened, which was good. The size of the room and bathroom were good. Plenty of shower gel and shampoo. There was complimentary tea, coffee and water. The communication was good for an easy check in. It was within walking distance of Komtar bus station. This is our second visit to Treasure Hunter.

Rooms are cozy, new and you can watch Netflix and Amazon Prime on TV. Toilets are shared but plenty of space in each cabinet to leave ur clothes and have ur shower. Also has a washing machine and a dryer machine to use after pay a little fee in reception. They provide you the soap so don't be like us and buy them... We have an electric issue in the building one night but nothing you can do about it. So I don't count it as something negative. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Breakfast is indeed exceptional~ a different selection for every day of our stay~ Loved the heritage building charm, especially the well preserved wooden shutter windows I opened everyday to look outside. Beds are so comfy I fell asleep quickly even tho the inn is at a slightly busy corner! Would definitely want to come back!
