We had only booked one night, but fate allowed us to stay another… And if we didn’t have a flight to catch, we would have stayed even longer! A huge thank you to Tina for her kindness, responsiveness, and all the passion she shared with us. This place feels like it’s out of time, where nature and animals reign, and where you instantly feel at peace. The animals here are also very happy, and you can truly feel it—what a joy to freely cuddle the dogs (especially Luna❤️) and see the llamas coming to greet us at our hut’s window! We were also lucky enough to go on a dog sledding excursion, an unforgettable experience that will stay with us forever. Thank you again for these wonderful memories, and one thing is for sure—we will be back!

Located in Botnhamn in the Senja region, Cabin magic on Senja, atmosphere like a fairytale features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation provides private check-in and check-out and bicycle parking for guests. Cozy, clean, well equiped cabin. And perfect location to enjoy the Northern lights without having to join the hunting tour.

Located in Alta in the Finnmark region, Flatmoen Natur Lodge provides accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. The property is non-smoking and is situated 7.2 km from The Rock art of Alta. They have 4 lovely cabins next to each other with beautiful nature views. The very comfy bed is surrounded by glas windows and a glas roof and we were able to see the northern lights at night from the bed as we were staying here in December. The cabin itself had a kitchen with everything you need to cook, but the local pizza place will also deliver food, if you can't be bothered. We did book also a 3 hour horse carridge ride with dinner included which the lodge offers on their website. You can even book it online. We can highly recommend a stay here and also the sledge ride. Oh, and the jacuzzi on the terrace is super romantic!

Featuring mountain views, North Experience Basecamp in Melen features accommodation, free bikes, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace and a restaurant. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Staff was amazing! Always stayed in touch and helped even before I arrived. Once I arrived they showed us around and let us hangout in the chill room since we arrived early in the morning! Can’t say enough wonderful things about the place and staff! We even got lucky with a show of the lights very short and sweet but we were thankful!

With mountain views, Aurora Fjord Cabins is set in Lyngseidet and has free WiFi.

We thoroughly enjoyed gazing out the window at the breathtaking mountain views. The bed was very comfortable!A perfect experience—10/10!

With sea views, Norwegian Wild is situated in Vangsvik and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden, terrace and children's playground. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. We truly can't recommend Norwegian Wild enough. When we first booked our trip, we were torn between staying in the North part of the island, where the scenic route is, but after talking to Hege we were fully convinced to stay in Norwegian Wild and experience nature at its fullest. Everything about this place is just magical! We saw the northern lights multiple nights in a row, from the comfort of our cabin, and it was stunning. When it snowed, we felt like we were inside a snow globe! We loved loved loved our cabin, and also really enjoyed the jacuzzi. We had delicious breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant, the reindeer stew was 10/10! The staff was so friendly and helpful, we got to play with the husky from one of the girls working at the restaurant and it was super nice. We went kayaking with Tim, we went snowshoeing in the Ånderdalen National Park, we went sledding with Senja Husky - we did lots of very nice activities. What a wonderful , unforgettable trip! Thank you Hege, Tim and the Norwegian Wild crew for making it even more special!

For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. So it has a sauna with mountain view near the river , and a small hut for barbecue also near the river. The apartment -house is so beautiful and has everything. From the 15 days road trip this has been our best accommodation. Would definitely recommend

The chalet with a terrace and sea views has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The tiled floors, fireplace and peaceful vibe add to the ambience of the room. This chalet is allergy-free and non-smoking. Such a beautiful and cozy cottage in the middle of nowhere! It had a sauna and bbq room we could use and the view was beautiful! There were a lot of birds i reccomend watching them!
