Northwood Motor Lodge is a 4-star motel on the edge of Christchurch, only 8km from the airport. The motel offers modern, air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The owner is very friendly, and he lead us to the room. The room is clean, comfortable and well organized.

Space is limited but the pictures and description are 100% accurate. The Cabin is cozy and very comfortable.

Just a short drive away from town. Very nice atmosphere and scenic views. Host are helpful to come and assist us when our 4WD could not drive in to the driveway due to the snow. We were allowed to park our SUV on the road. Very nice, comfortable place. We loved the place so much.

A lot of people have pointed out that it offers little privacy due to the many glass panels and windows but we didn't find it a problem as there were ample blinds in all the rooms and shared spaces. The fact that each room had its own bathroom was a huge plus point. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed to cook a simple breakfast. Location was fantastic too. Easily the nicest place we stayed at during our trip around the South Island.

Lemon Tree Lodge situa-se em Kaikoura, na região de Canterbury, nas proximidades de Praia de Kaikoura, e dispõe de acomodações com acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e estacionamento privado gratuito. The room was airy with two separate sliding doors giving access to the garden and decks with tables and chairs for dining outdoors. The room got the morning sun. The bathroom was spacious, and two glass walls of the shower opened right up. The breakfast was laid out for the guests from 8 to 9am, and included mostly breads and sugary things and dairy, which is typical for European breakfasts. I don't eat sugar or dairy, but managed to find enough: boiled eggs, fresh fruit and cold cuts.

Está disponível acesso Wi-Fi gratuito.... Além de ter sido tudo excelente , foi uma experiência diferente . É ao lado de uma pista de pouso ( dentro dela eu diria ) . Estávamos em quatro ficamos num quarto enorme , um silêncio sensacional . A pessoa que nos atendeu foi super simpática e educada . Café da manhã bom, com geleias locais . E ainda tivemos a sorte de ver o hangar deles aonde tem um avião de guerra antigo , super bacana… Experiência sensacional… Se ainda conseguir fazer o passeio da região vale a pena. A cidade próxima tem alguns restaurantes caso precise .
