The studio unit was private but has good access to the owner's facilities like the spa and the pool. We were given a BBQ set for our cooking in front of the unit, which was just great! The surroundings have a mature and immaculate garden. Claire and Ralph were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay here at Whangamata.

I felt very comfortable in your accommodation; everything was new and perfectly prepared. The large glass front overlooking the pasture and the mountain range was the most beautiful feature. It’s 5 minutes to Waihi town and to Gold Discovery Center, less than 15 minutes to Karangahake Gorge, to Hauraki Heritage Train, to Waihi Beach, and Bowentown. Hobiton and the route to the Coromandel Peninsula are less than an hour's drive away. Next time I’d stay more days.

Kōtare Cabin, Thames Coast encontra-se em Tapu, a 39 km de Driving Creek Railway and Potteries e a 47 km de Cathedral Cove. A perfect cosy getaway! We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin — it was beautifully set up with everything we needed. The privacy was amazing, and the outdoor bath was such a treat, especially under the stars. Barry and Lesley were incredibly welcoming and took the time to show us around, which made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a peaceful setting!

Max is a great host, but it sounds like his boss drives him pretty hard,(he probably needs the structure). Lovely home with comfortable rooms overlooking a beautiful setting. It's a little slice of heaven.
