Our stay at Cabot Lodge was one of the highlights of our trip to NZ. It is a magical, idyllic location and our hosts Brad and Breidi and their team welcomed us with kindness and thoughtfulness in their attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - from the gorgeous views to the lovely accommodation- couldn’t ask for more! Would definitely stay here again!

Located in Te Anau in the Southland region and Te Anau Glow Worm Caves reachable within 400 metres, Kea by the Lake provides accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a shared lounge and free private parking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The lodge was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the kitchen, which was equipped with excellent amenities that made self-catering a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend Kea Lodge for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenient facilities. Looking forward to my next stay!

The high ceilings and large fireplace in the hotel’s lounge provides a warm and cosy environment where guests can enjoy a book or chat with other guests. A tour desk and laundry services are available. The location is awesome with great western views. The staff treated us like royalty😊 The included breakfast was hearty with added touches. Specialty juices. Dinner was an add in but start with drinks and canapés. Excellent food right on site. Nice at the end of a long hiking day
