Everything! Helen was the best host ever. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the first moment we felt at home with the smell of delicious hot fresh bread in the air followed by superb communication , a clean and tidy welcoming place and lots of fun for our son such as riding a pony and feeding the alpacas. Thanks Helen and we strongly recommend this awesome place

Host meeting you on arrival - staff appear whether you wander out of your room and ask if they can assist. Amazing service. Every member of the team was perfectly polite, engaging, and responsive. They will organise anything that you want - trips across the surrounding area. One couple had a helicopter trip and it literally landed on the lawn of the place. That is defeintly the way to end a long day! Location - stunning is the word you will probably read most about this place. And it actually is. Room - we had the room with the terrace - I would book this again - as you walk straight out from your room into a courtyard which is in the shade and sun in the afternoon. This is an all-inclusive accommodation - it has to be as it is a trek from the local towns. The food was extremely good. It was never too much or too little the chief has got the balance right. At the end of the trip I left items in the room (very annoyed with myself) the owner looked after them and made sure we got them back. Everything was amazing

Their warmth and attention to detail truly made our experience unforgettable. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to such stunning scenery was a highlight of our trip. The breakfast was spot on—delicious, fresh, and perfectly curated to start the day on the right note. If you’re looking for a place that combines exceptional hospitality with beautiful surroundings, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

It's a great place to stay. Everything is very clean and the bathroom is bigger than in my own house. Parking is easy and shops/restaurants are at a walking distance. I decided to stay longer to enjoy my holidays.
