The Stables stay is our budget-friendly option in our original historic Stables building. These rooms have shared bathroom facilities. If you can budget for the stay, it was well worth it! The staff were amazing, the grounds were beautiful, breakfast was delicious, rooms were comfortable with everything you need and more! It was a truly wonderful experience for my whole family, and we would recommend this to anyone traveling on holiday to Dunedin.

And everything is pretty new. I love the decoration as well. And the location is very private and peaceful.

Some units include a balcony and/or a patio with river views. the villa we stayed it was exquisitely designed, it was like living in a magazine setup. everything was near perfect. witnessing the aurora australis was just the icing on the cake.
