Unfortunately we could not stay but the staff member, Gillian, immediately confirmed we could cancel without any penalties. The money was refunded promptly. We were disappointed we couldn’t stay as the lodges looked fab but with the amazing customer service we received, I have no doubt it would have been a wonderful stay.
