Ms.Helen welcome us with a warm fresh baked bread, and bottle of fresh milk which is bonus for us. was so relaxed in this place, loved all the animals in the farm. kai is the lovely dog... we enjoyed our stay, if one day we are going back to NZ, this is the place we sure will come and stay again.

Located in central Invercargill, Balmoral Lodge Motel is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It offers satellite TV in each room and free off-street parking. Great motel . Very large apartment on two levels . The kitchen , living space , bathroom plus one bed were downstairs with 3 other beds upstairs . Well equipped kitchen . Good parking . Very friendly staff .

It is in an excellent location, close to parks, attractions, services, grocery stores, gas stations - basically everything you need is close by. The house is very nicely appointed and decorated, and everything is very comfortable. It has a lot of windows and is raised a bit, which makes the views great. We loved our time here.
